Shad was caught on camera by pushing his leg travel Dolphins defensive Nolan Carroll in the third quarter of Miami's 10-6 win.
Carroll was running downfield to cover a punt and was forced out of bounds.
Standing beside a group of assistant coaches, Alosa clearly stuck his leg and led Carroll to fall on the turf.
At least he does not deny it.
Alosa has officially apologized after the game.
"I made a mistake which showed a variance of trial. My conduct was inexcusable and unsporting and do not reflect what the organization represents."
With a suspension likely on the horizon Alos continued by saying he would accept any punishment the Jets or the NFL.
The league opened an investigation into the matter.
Meanwhile, the Dolphins players were furious when they learned of the incident after the match.
Carroll stayed down for a few moments after release, but was able to walk off the field under his own power and back into the game.
Shad is in his fourth season as the force the Jets in New York and conditioning coach.
Did his action idiot make the cut as one of the worst NFL Week 14?
