The star of "Changeling" received 58% of the vote in a poll conducted Vanity Fair via the Internet.
Supermodel Gisele Bundchen, recently married to American football star Tom Brady, a distant second with just 9% of the vote.
Another 4% of the votes corresponding to the star of "Gothika, Halle Berry, which stood well in the third.
The survey, which asked women who selected the most attractive woman of a list of nineteen, including the singer Beyonce Knowles, actress Gwyneth Paltrow, the model Bar Refaeli, Queen Rania of Jordan and wife French President Carla Bruni.
On the occasion of the survey, the Vanity Fair website read: "Of the billions of women on the planet, only nineteen, we believe, could lead to war."
"These Helen of Troy of the modern world from the two hemispheres and include legends and naive, a queen, a first lady, and at least two former companions of Leonardo DiCaprio's bed."
DiCaprio, who had previously had a relationship with Gisele Bundchen, is now in a new relationship with Israeli model Bar Refaeli.
Nor is it the first time that Angelina won a title of this nature. Last month was the first in a list of the most beautiful women in the world prepared by the Australian magazine Who.
