Strawberry shortcake
Ingredients for pie 8 servings
1 base pie pastry
4 tablespoons raspberry jam
250 gr. fresh cheese
100 ml Greek yogurt
40 gr. icing sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
250 gr. fresh strawberries
preparation:
1. Preheat the base of the cake according to package directions.
2. Beat together the cheese, strawberries, Greek yogurt, icing sugar and vanilla. Pour the cream over the cake base and prepared.
3. Chop the strawberries into quarters and place in a nice over the cream. Let cool before serving.
